THE TIMELESS DEATH OF A PIGEON!

This video records the poignant death or killing of a Pigeon, with the instrument of its destruction being a local cat. The presence and active participation of other birds, magpies and crows in the traumatic event raises some questions. 

For instance, were they trying to help the injured pigeon by encouraging it to fly away or seek effective cover. Or were they or some of them attacking it, while also protecting themselves against the predatory cat?
