And what of the forests which help to extract and convert the poisonous carbon dioxide from the environment? 

How do we get a balance between the deforestation of the forests by us, and also protect those of us who are exposed to the hell of catastrophic forest fires? 

Such as those now engulfing massive areas of Australia. Can humans, especially the more acquisitive amongst us co-exist constructively living with each other and the natural environment on which we depend for our continued existence? 



Or is it really the case that there is no safe alternative to us competing among ourselves, and engaging in reckless exploitation and domination our ecosystem.  

By creating massive  land-bridges between us and what remains of our forests, or totally destroy them?

It is the case that it would be prudent for us humans to learn to co-exist with our life-sustaining ecosystems instead of continuing to make war on them.
