JUST A THOUGHT - ON THE CONFLICT BETWEEN THE ISRAELIS AND PALESTINIANS - CAN INJUSTICE COEXISTS WITH PEACE? FINIS!

'The land for which we fight and die, kill and be killed, is not going anywhere and is destined to outlive our species. Live your life as it is already too short, unless it has become an unpleasurable one.'
The Jews, quite simply, would have to object to 'God' being officially de-commissioned.  Because, without his ascribed role and involvement in their culture.  

 The Jewish claim that he has given them the land of Israel will be more clearly seen for what it is; spurious and without any credible foundation, whether it be legal or diving.

And what of the Palestinians and their Muslim supporters and allies; would they be able to make the intellectual and secular leap which require them to agree to 'God' being decommissioned? 

Would they be able to walk the path of, Palestine as a place for the Palestinians to live and prosper, as opposed to Palestine as a place for 'holy this and holy that..'?


Probably not, as, like the religious Jews, the Palestinians, as Muslims, have also become wedded to their religious past and to their 'God.' 

Neither, it seems, are willing to move on and stop allowing their past, which they have used to circumscribed their present.  

 To deny them the freedom and the independence to trod a path which is likely to take them to shared future where they can live in justly and in peace.

 While this continue to be so, both Palestinians and Israelis, will have to continue to live the 'abnormal' lives they are living, having 'normalised' it. 

 And therein lies the tragedy for both peoples; that neither are being or will allow themselves to like the better life they could be living.
