JUST A THOUGHT - ON GEORGE FLOYD' MURDER AND AMERICA'S OBSESSION WITH KILLING BLACK AND POOR PEOPLE. PART 1.

'A just system left to itself, is in danger of being degraded into an unjust one.  But an unjust and nefarious system, left to itself, will never evolve into becoming a better one.'



The goal of President Donald Trump's Presidency has been, unequivocally, that of 'Making America Great Again.' Of, 'Making America First.'

But how can this goal be achieved, when this is the same America that is responsible for the callous murder of George Floyd.  

And all the other American of colour and white American who have been murdered and/or avoidably killed by the American police officers? 

Now, there is nothing wrong with President Trump and his administration wanting to achieve 'greatness' for America, or, more accurately, the United - some would say, disunited - States of America. 

It is a worthy goal, even if it might not be achievable. Probably partly because the Founding Fathers of America, greedily chewed off more of the North and South American continents than they and their successors have been able to properly manage as a united and coherent entity. 

And what they failed to appropriate of the land mass, they have been trying to manipulate and dominate since the 19th Century.

But back to the matter of George Floyd and Trump's desire, campaign to 'Make America Great Again.'

The  uniquely American malady, curse of racism and brutal human exploitation which is currently being exposed, poignantly held up for all to see, following the brutal and apparently completely avoidable murder of George Floyd. 

Actually runs counter to President Trump and the Trumpeteers achieving their goal of making AGA.
