UIGHUR PEOPLE - ONUS ON CHINESE GOVERNMENT TO PROVE IT IS NOT PUNISHING AND DEPRIVING THEM OF THEIR BASIC RIGHTS! FINIS!

Rights should as being able to practice their religion. Rights such as being able to continue to function as a family without the unnecessary and oppressive intervention of the Chinese state. 

The right not to be deprived of their, the Uighurs, having the same freedom of movement which other Chinese, including the Hans, have.  

Unless for legitimate and proportionate security demands, those freedoms and movements have to be curtained for a specific period of time.

If China seeks to rule the world, then it needs to establish and maintain not just an economic and military legitimacy for doing so. 

It also needs to establish and maintain a higher moral, social and judiciary legitimacy or order. 

There is no or little point in humanity replacing the current failing social, military and economic order with a new order which seeks to turn humanity into little more than computer data and robots to be controlled by computer programmes. 

Technological advancement needs to be led and guided by its capacity to improve the conditions of human life, and not by its capacity to ruin and control our lives.

If that is effectively the intention or logical outcome of the Chinese government's plans for humanity, then, it has little to commend itself and its plans. 

It is inconceivable that Confucious would have recommended such a way of life. 

Similarly, President Xi Jingping needs to give more consideration to ensuring that, in winning the war against poverty and underdevelopment for the Chinese people and the world.  

It is not achieved at the cost of the loss of our basic and reasonable human rights. 

Or of the essential freedom and integrity of any of different individual nations and peoples comprising  Chinese state and nation. 

That would result in a pyrrhic victory for any wins arising from the Xi Jingping Era of China.

The principles of Ren and Li should continue to be pursued!
