JUST PHILOSOPHISING - ON WHICH 'FREEDOMS' ARE OF GREATER IMPORTANCE. PART 4.

If it is the case that, a person is living in a largely practicing mono-religious society.

Then there is unlikely to be any issue about the majority of those citizens being able to exercise their right to practice their religion.

There might be, however, hindrance and obstacles in the way of those citizens belonging to 'minority religions' practising them.

But less so for the majority.

We can see this playing out in a number of western countries at present.

With some Muslims perceiving the fact that Westerners can openly mock their prophets and Allah.

Without the state coming in to prevent them from doing so, as almost anathema.

Some Muslims, individually and collectively, find this to be abhorrent. To be blasphemous and, they claim, a blatant expression of Islamophobia.

To be continued!
