Instead, Grosjean owed his survival to his own actions in getting out of that inferno as fast as he did. 


None of the medical team nor the marshals appeared to have had on clothing that would have enabled them to go into the inferno that raged in and around Grojean's car. 

Consequently, his survival was dependent on him being able to and extricate himself from his car. 

Yes, if he had been knocked unconscious, he would not have survived, or it is unlikely that he would have. 

Yes, if the Halo had not been installed on Formula 1 racing cars. 


Then it is very probable, if not certain, that Grojean would have probably been decapitated by the circuit barrier he collided with and went through.

The God of the Ancient Israelites was attributed with the feat of saving Daniel from the lions.  

But Grosjean's good fortunate can clearly and accurately be attributed to his, Grojean's, own desire to remain alive and do what was required to ensure he does.

And now, all that is left to be done, is to wish both Grosjean and Lewis, who has, following the race, been disclosed as having been tested positive for Covid-19, a speedy recovery.
