And what of the other rights; such as a woman's right to abort the foetus or developing child that she is gestating in her own body?

Women who are in favour of being able to have the pregnancy developing in their bodies terminated or aborted, for reasons they believe are justified. 

Declare that it is their body and their right to proceed with or terminate their pregnancies. 

Religions, especially Christianity, declares that for them, women, to be allowed to terminate their pregnancies, is a sin. 



Society, by way of the codified laws, declares that abortions are either unlawful, full stop, or is legal, in certain specified circumstances. 

So, a woman having an abortion can be illegal, or frowned upon, because of a number of reasons. 

These include the religious reason, namely that it is a sin and that nobody, include the pregnant woman, should be able to have a pregnancy or developing human, aborted. 

For the dogmatic advocates of the unborn child, it is 'the right of the unborn child to not having his life terminated, on any or for few specified of reasons.
