It speaks of man's inhumanity to his fell men/women/children. 

It is not a criminal justice system which any self-respecting nation would want to follow. 

It is a 'punishment system.' It is a system for producing both willing and reluctant offenders. 

So that the nation's incarceration and criminalizing system can remain profitable. 

Has President Biden and his administration got the commitment and the prudence. 

Which is required to carry out the fundamental and massively challenging  reforms that the American criminalising system needs to humanise and make it rehabilitative? 



Especially when doing so will make it less profitable to the private incarceration industry. 

Which has become dependent on it and the profits they are squeezing out of the poor people they have been criminalising?

In terms of the international scene, President Biden, like other Presidents before him, except for Donald Trump, appears to be assuming the mantle of being the School Master and Missionary President. 

He seems to want to tell other leaders what values they should adhere to.
