Well, he might have said, 'my dear Max, you know that I respect you man. You know that I even admire you Max. I mean, how can I not, when I see in you the me who I was in those seemingly now distant few years ago? 

Those were the times when I would catapult off the starting grid and dashed for the front of the race. 

It was expected of me, Max, just as how it is expected of you now. In those days, Max, if I did not make it to Pole, but go on the podium during Qualifying.  




Then there was a good chance that I would have made up for it on race day, by executing the necessary overtake to get to the front as soon as possible.

So, Max, I have no beef with you overtaking taking me during this race. 

None, whatever, Max. But you know what Max; you know what I take issue with Max? 

Yes, yes, Max; you are damn right. What I take issue with is the way you disrespected me in your execution of the overtake, Max.
