STYRIAN GRAND PRIX - ANOTHER WIN FOR MAX VERSTAPPEN AND THE RAGING RED BULL, AS TEAM MERCEDES SPLUTTERED!! PART 1.

A very Big Congratulations to Max Verstappen and Team Red Bull, and to Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas and Team Mercedes. 

For winning and coming in at P.2 and P.3, respectively, at the 2021 Formula 1 Styrian Grand Prix, at the appropriately named Red Bull Circuit in Austria.

Having conjured up their 4th 2021 Formula 1 win, there is no doubt that Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez and Team Red Bull's astrological stars are in the ascendancy. 

With Max Verstappen being clearly committed to, in the words of Johnny Herbert, driving the wheels of his Red Bull's car, and Sergio Perez having apparently now made himself au fait with both the mechanics, technology and spirit of his car. 

The only question now, is that of, for how long is the Red Bull's stars fated to remain above those of  Team Mercedes? 

Is this a case of prolonged ascendency for the one and prolonged decline for the other? 

Or is it a case of us needing to not get too carried away with ourselves, even as we come to terms with the shocking realisation that Team Mercedes.  




Probably partly because of them not having undertaken any upgrading this year, as they focus on the development of the new car for 2022. 

Might, could fail to win either or both the Driver's and the Constructor's Championship for 2021? 

Might or could, being the operative words, as Team Mercedes and Hamilton and Bottas, though clearly and somewhat worryingly.  

Are trailing behind the Raging Red Bull and the Fearless Verstappen Matador, are far from being down and out.

Will Team Mercedes be able to take the pressure of being the underdog, and without  replacing or seriously damaging their 'winner's mentality and psychology'? 

As negativism and self-doubt simply breeds more negativism and self-doubt.  We shall have to wait to see what transpires.
