JUST A THOUGHT ON - 'THE THING WITH SOME WOMEN, IS...! PART 3.

 

Contextual relevance.- In doing this post, I do acknowledge that that none of it is likely to apply to all women and females. 

Due to demographical factors such as the females age range, peer groups, cultural, religious and social circumstances, ethnicity, nationality, relationship statuses and political and economic circumstances.

In exploring the the thing about women, we do not necessarily have to or should blame some for 'making the wrong choice', and give a nod to those who 'have made the right choice.' 

This is because simply, their is probably 'no right and wrong choices.' 

It is very unlikely that any women, however self-destructive she might be feeling at the time, willingly, freely and deliberately choses 'mate' who she knows will or would be abusive and violent towards her. 

Even when we consider that other thing with women; that of how some women who have experience a history of violence and oppression from one or more partners, continue to return to them. 

Here, when we look closer, we find that not much, if any 'free will or free choice' is actually at play. 

These women would tell us that, 'it is complicated.' It is about having a home; it is about the little security they feel in what they know over the unknown.  

It is about not having the confidence that they can have a new start and make it work; it is about their children.  

It is about how the abusive partner can 'make them feel about themselves' when he is not transformed into the monster he episodically become, or they fear he will become again. 

It might even be about the power they have or believe they have, to be able to 'ride this tiger or monster.'

There is also 'the sexual thing about women.' When we consider that sexual intercourse is one of, if not the most  aggressive and violent normative sexual activity between men and women.
