THE THE PHYSICAL END OF AN ENIGMATIC AND POIGNANT JOURNEY AROUND MY AGEING AND EVOLVING MOTHER! PART 153.

A fate which might, along the way of life's journey, entertwine with that of another person, such as our partner or a relative, but remains uniquely 'my/your fate.' 

And which has to be lived to its full even after those significant others have departed along the, according to the fulfilment of their own fate. 

I mean, it is, at least on the first few attempts, not easy for sentient humans to accept our mortality, and the pending ending of our individual, if not collective discontinuation of life. 

Even though we are confronted with the mountain of evidence we have, when we consider the deaths of all those who have gone before us.  

Our 'survival imperative' still encourages, motivates us towards 'trying to find alternative explanations or answers' to the logical one.  






That is, that we will all die, and there is no coming back from it when we do go over the abyss.

Of course, 'dealing with death' is not a one off event or experience for us; it is a process which takes place over time and space. It is a process that has physical, emotional and psychological aspects to it.

Although I do think that he will experience traumatising moments and times, for now, reflecting on how my son 'handled' the physical dying and death of his probably favourite grandmother, his "Mama", 

I am most impressed. It is a good start, and one which is further indicated by the fact that my dear mother, as it were, has just reached the beginning of the queue for the registration of her death. 

An event which has now occurred, and should create momentum for the process of getting her to the final resting place for her physical body.
