THE MIAMI GRAND PRIX - MORE SHOW THAN FORMULA ONESQUE WITH BRONCO RED BULL DOING THEIR THING!

 

A Very Big Congratulations to Team Red Bull and Team ferrari and Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz for making it to P.1 and P.2 and 3, consecutively, in the 2022 Miami Grand Prix.

So, what is to be said about the Miami Grand Prix? Well, probably a lot could be said about it, including the fact that Team Red Bull to it as their opportunity to progress their claim on the 2022 Drivers Championship. 

While Team Mercedes opted to using it to improve their performance and competitiveness in the Drivers and Constructors Championship. 

Yes, it is the case that Hamilton has not yet began to display any real competitiveness in the 2022 season, but he has, during the MGP, showed signs of making the necessary transformation. As much as Car 24 equip him to do. 

Yes, some might or might not be arguing about whether Team Mercedes had deployed the best racing strategies for Hamilton and Russell. 

And yet, that is not something that should be exercising anybody's intellect at present. It needs alot more that excellent racing strategies in one or more races to place Hamilton and Russell into the competition for this championship. 

They need their cars to be capable of race winning performances and reliability. We have seen how Max Verstappen and Charles Leclerc can suffer past dnfs, and still win other races or come in high up the order. 

They have the cars to deliver race winning performances, even when their reliability cam come up short at times.

Although Miami is not your stereotypical 'cowboy country or state', the difference between a rodeo show and the Miami Grand Prix, if we were to imagine the cars taking the role of the cows, was not as clear as it might or should have been.

Be that as it may, probably the most significant achievement of the 2022 Miami Grand Prix, was that it afforded Team Mercedes the opportunity to improve their performance, before they return to orthodox Formula 1. 

I guess that we could also say that the MGP has further reinforce the view that, sad as it might be for him, Latif simply has not gotten what it requires to be a Formula 1 racer of any standing. 

The the attraction between him and the circuit wall is simply too too strong.

So, while the competition between the detractors and advocates or Team Mercedes continue, let us await the outcome of episode 6, the Spanish Grand Prix, of the competition, to see if the team will continue to build on its gradual progression.
