It is difficult for a logical person to accept such reports of chemical agents being used, without being provided with conclusive proof.  Especially when we apply the fake 'Iraq Weapons of Mass Destruction Proof' criteria.  The Syrian government would be being unforgivably reckless and suicidal to be using chemical agents.  It would be more advantageous and make more sense, if it were the rebels and/or their supporters, who are responsible for 'manufacturing' the 'attack.'
