ANDERS BREIVIK - HUMAN RIGHTS DOES NOT APPLY
A

s I see it, only humans can or should have human rights, and that
should not apply to Anders Breivik, the psychotic monster who mercilessly
slaughtered 77 young Norwegians and injured many others.

n Oslo Court has recently found that this human imposter is being
"kept in inhuman and degrading" conditions and that his 'human
rights' were being 'violated,' because of his confinement.

his is massively ridiculous, seeing it is quite impossible to breach
rights which the human imposter has forfeited due to his inhuman crimes which
led to him violating the human rights of, not one, not two, or 20, but 77 young
people. By this imposter arguing that his confinement is not allowing him
to associate with other inmates, he is displaying gross ignorance, or, more
likely, devious manipulation of and disrespect for Norwegian state and its
institutions, since he would have kn own that only similar psychopathic human
imposters such as him, would want to associate with him, for fear of their de
facto 'human rights' being massively violated by being in Anders proximity.

n its judgement, I fear that the Oslo Court has gotten it wrong.
It could have proven that Breivik clearly does not meet the criteria for
being qualified as a 'human being', and that, by virtue of that fact, the
concept and practice of 'human rights' do not apply to him. Applying it
to Anders is to devalue its meaning and application. The court, by its
injudicious and ill-considered ruling, has enabled Breivik to make a mockery of
the principle and practice of 'human rights', probably in the misguided belief
that it has to be seen to apply them to Breivik, in order to retain their
integrity. This, I believe, is quite wrong, and, applying them to Anders
Breivik would be just as incongruous as applying them to a mad elephant that
has rampaged through a school and kill dozens of children.

uite literally, Anders Breivik is taking the piss out of Norway in
his continuing war against it and its people. It is very sad that the Norwegian
judiciary lacks the balls and jurisprudence to legally tell him to piss off!

he resolution of this matter does not hold Norway up as a shining
light in how to fight extremism, but rather exposes her to ridicule.
