EUROPE'S REFUGEE PROBLEM AND HOW IT COULD BE RESOLVE! PART 5.

This coordinated action could including helping the authorities in the embarkation points to set up migrant camps in their countries.

From where joint work could be done to help to repatriate the migrants to their countries of origin.

The second prong of this coordinated action, would be process the migrants and refugees in the host countries.

With them being temporarily housed in appropriate accommodation, while this is being done.

Having numerous migrants  roaming or living on the streets of European countries, or problematically housed, however temporarily, is not good for Europe or for the migrants.

It is a situation which can easily lead to serious disorder.

Because of its economic and good governance aspects, it requires Europe and America to consider increasing their job creation and development projects in the affected and at risk countries.

With the quest for jobs, and the reality of chronic and massive unemployment in African, Middle Eastern and Asian countries, being the strongest motivator of poor people leaving them for Europe and America.

It stands to reason that, probably the best way of Europe and America stemming the waves of migration from these countries, is to invest massively in their infrastructural and industrial development.

Europe and America need to invest billions of dollars in Africa, the Middle East and Asia.

They need to do this by way of designing and implement detailed plans which will create the most jobs for local people, and boost the wage-earning economy.

More industrialisation and increased employment. As well as the fact that both will promote a more enlightened mindset.

China has already been providing many countries in Africa, South America, the Middle East and Asia, including Pakistan, with significant infrastructural developmental investment.

Europe and America need to be playing their role in either setting up, with the cooperation of the respective governments and peoples, their own investment projects.

Or seeking to partner China and the host countries in enhancing existing projects.

Not only would this result in more jobs being created in, say, African countries, and the stemming of the desperate rush of people in these countries almost fleeing them.

But it will also result in a reduction in the pools of young, disenfranchised and disaffected people providing recruits for extremist groups such as Al Qaeda and ISIL and ISIS.

To be continued.
