And so it is, that, after centuries of struggle against the repression and exploitation of human - especially women's - reproductive and organs and sexuality, under the premis of religious and traditional beliefs. 

Humans, especially in the more enlightened countries and societies of the world, to different degrees, have freed them/ourselves from submission to these beliefs. 

Resulting in the act of or 'having sex', being no longer restricted to the desire to bring into the world more humans. 


But, instead, being intended to fulfil their/our desire for sexual pleasure. 

We have evolved or developed to the level where 'having sex' has become a means to the the ends of having babies and sexual pleasure.

However, with the separation of 'having sex' primarily for having children, and predominantly for sexual pleasure, comes a certain dislocation.



And with this banishment of the concept of 'having sex', primarily to have children.  

Began the evolution of more innovation in both the sexual act of 'having sex', and the process or ritual surrounding it. 

'Having sex', again, especially in the 'more liberated and enlightened societies.' 

Moved from being mostly a physiological function, with bodily organs crashing into one another, or one being violently and at times painfully thrust into the passive or even petrified other.

   It is unlikely that things were ever getting better.   So, what are my thoughts about Hamas' unprecedented attack on parts of Israel, which has resulted in hundreds of men, women and children, some of them soldiers, being killed and thousands of Israelis becoming shocked and traumatised as they have probably never experienced before? So, if life were a bitch and then we die, need we say or do or think anymore of the matter? If life were a bitch and then we die, might we not surmise that it be our duty to screw life before we die, that we might gain some small pleasure, some small satisfaction from our life the life we live, before we die?
