THE UIGHUR PEOPLE - ONUS ON CHINESE GOVERNMENT TO PROVE IT IS NOT PUNISHING AND DEPRIVING THEM OF THEIR BASIC RIGHTS! PART 2.

'The lesson of our history is that we humans are a predatory species with the weak being the prey or potential prey of the strong. 

It is in the common basic interest of all humans, that we should all be presumed to have certain basic reasonable rights, which we are endeavouring to exercise, in our and society's best interests. 

And that we should not be prevented from doing so by the unjust actions of the state, the government and/or other humans. 

It being the case that the government and the state should have as the primary purpose of their being, the protection and welfare of all its citizens and sovereignty.

Why, even the FFs of the United States, while on the one hand declaring that all men are born equal and with certain inalienable rights.  

Had, for some incongruous reason, chosen, it appeared, to excluded the Africans who were brought to the shores of colonial America as slaves, and their descendants.  

From having the 'inalienable rights' of which they spoke. 

A glaring and egregious omission which which is still being only reluctantly  rectified in the United States nearly 350 years after the United States defeated Great Britain to achieve its liberation from the 'mother country.' 

So, no, for those of us who are not too lazy, fearful and/or conformist to exercise our intellect. neither 'human rights' nor 'the rights of man', can be shown to be based on any divine authority. 

No, there is no divine decree that underpins what we, the people, the citizens, have been told is our 'human rights.' 

It is not surprising that there should, in many instances, be a chasm between the 'human rights' we are told and believe we have, and the means to effectively exercise them. 

Something which raises the question as to the merits of having 'rights', if we are not able to exercise them, or be assisted in exercising them.
