JUST CONTEMPLATING ON - THE STRUGGLE FOR THE SOUL AND FUTURE OF AFGHANISTAN AND THE AFGHANS. PART 2.

Such is the anomaly and paradox of religion, that, not only do different faiths set about killing each other and destroying their property.  

But different versions of the same faith or religion will attack each other in order to try to enforce conformity with what they see as the 'orthodox' or 'true version' or their religion.

 And what does God supposedly think of this irrational and unGodly behaviour? 

Only God knows, because, despite those who say they speak for God, nobody knows the truth, because God does not, and has never been known to converse with humans. 

Though humans, in their moment of contemplation, and their imaginings, do make fallacious claims that God has spoken to them.

But, of course, God does not know what to make of humans insistence on forcing, to compelling and to socialising people into practising this or that faith.  




As, irrespective of what those who say they are 'believers' believe and try to force others into believing, the existence of God remains and is likely to remain unproven. 

But the people, the religions which force humans to comply with what they hold to be 'the true religion', do no care. 

For them, no man, no woman, no child has the basic right to say: I do not believe in this religion, neither do I believe in the God of which this religion, or, indeed, any other religion worships, and I just want to get on with my life in the way I choose to do. 

While not burdening any other human.

And so are we brought to consideration of the critical mass which is being played out in Afghanistan at present. 

The transformation of Afghanistan from an incipient 'experiment into the importation and transplant of Western-type democracy', back into 'its native conservative Islamic society.' 

What is currently as stake, I believe, for Afghanistan and its people, is the building of Afghanistan as a contemporary and futuristic society and nation.

   It is unlikely that things were ever getting better. But, at least the Palestinians were alive, they had their homes, their roads, water, electricity, the basic requirements for having at least a basic life.  They had more freedom of movement in their 'reservations' than they have now, with the storm troopers crawling over and around them as so many wasps.  So, yes, it is likely that, for the majority of Palestinians who are being forced to pay the price the Zionist Israeli State has decided to extract from them, the attack of 7th October might be considered to have been a tactical mistake by Hamas and the other Resistance Fighters.   So, what are my thoughts about Hamas' unprecedented attack on parts of Israel, which has resulted in hundreds of men, women and children, some of them soldiers, being killed and thousands of Israelis becoming shocked and traumatised as they have probably never experienced before? So, if life were a bitch and then we die, need we say or do or think anymore of the matter? If life were a bitch and then we die, might we not surmise that it be our duty to screw life before we die, that we might gain some small pleasure, some small satisfaction from our life the life we live, before we die? But of course, some of us might as some point, consider that it is life which screws the living and not the living who does the screwing.
